Warm peppered duck breast salad topped with seared foie gras, roast apple and balsamic syrup.

Roast fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef accompanied by oxtail and potato crumble, roasted vegetables, glazed shallots, wild mushroom and red wine jus.
Fillets of Argyll halibut and seared sea bass served with colloped greens, lobster and saffron ravioli, langoustine bisque.
Sweet potato, thyme and garlic rosti accompanied by butter bean cassoulet, slow roast cherry tomatoes, creamed spinach and parsley reduction.
